MICHEL CLUIZEL is the leader in the manufacturing and selling high-quality chocolates. The company is run by the Cluizel’s family and is located in Normandy (France). More than 220 employees are working in this company. The Export Department is looking for a Senior Sales Person to work in our new concession at the prestigious shop Harrods in London. The employee will be in contact directly with the Europe Export Account Manager and will be attached to the Sales and Export Department.
Missions:
- Selling the chocolate to customers, welcome and advice customers, creation of the sales talks, …
- Merchandising / Display of the corner
- Management of the stock (orders, deliveries, new lines of products need to be implemented)
- Management of 2 people (recruitment, training, planning)
- Monitoring of the Harrods and Cluizel representatives relations
- Follow-up of the sales in a weekly basis
- Feedback to the headquarter on a monthly basis.
Profile:
- Fluent English – French speaking is recommended
- 2 years experience at the same level (shop manager and senior sales person)
- Qualities: highly autonomous, responsibilities, pro-activity, reactivity’s skills, sales profile, management skills, sales skills
- Knowledge of the chocolate world would be better
- Computer skills : word, excel
- Willing to work during week-end

- Workplace : HARRODS (Knightsbridge) - London
- Working hours (Harrods opening) : Monday to Saturday (10h-20h) and Sunday (12h-18h)
- Hours number of work: 39h
- English Labor Contract : Determined Length : for 6 months up to 12 months (January, 31st 2009)
- Salary : upon experience (18 000 – 20 000 Pounds Annual) + Profit-sharing scheme
