[30/08/2008]   Trainings sessions in Michel Cluizel's workshop

The Michel Cluizel's training workshop gives a space of job done up by 112 m2 for professionnals. This space is able to receive 12 trainees. Run by Philippe Parc (Better worker of France and World champion confectioner, ice-maker, chocolate maker), these trainings will start in June.

The program of training sessions in 2008 and 2009 :

  • Sweetened and salted "Petits Fours" (October 20th - 22nd. 2008)

  • Easter Moulds (March 2nd -4th. 2008)

  • Desserts and cakes (June 15th - 17th 2008)

  • Chocolate "Bonbons" (June 22nd - 24th 2008)

  • "Petits Fours", Macaroons and "verrines" (October 19th - 21th 2008)

  • Plate desserts (November 23th - 25th 2008)
