Philippe Parc (MOF and World Champion Pastry, Chocolatier, Ice-Cream) and Vincent Lechevallier (Chocolatier and technical adviser) ran training sessions on the topic of “Desserts on a Plate, Sweets and Small Cakes” for professionals. During spring, Philippe Parc and Vincent Lechevallier gave several training sessions in France, in Montbazon for example (Indre et Loire region) for the “Grandes Etapes Françaises” Fair and in La Rochelle during the “Tables Gourmandes” event.
