Philippe Parc has conducted training sessions in France: Talence (33), Aix en Provence (13) Saint Benedict (86) Tarbes (65) Saint Etienne (42), and the Ecole Ferrandi in Paris (75). Early in 2010, he also managed 5 training sessions on the theme of Easter. From November 9 to 13, in the Swissôtel of Moscow, Philippe Parc managed a Master Class demonstration and developed recipes for the gourmet restaurant and tearoom. This intervention, co-organized with the local distributor, was filmed by the Russian national channel TV. |
